1) Please note by joining our Affiliate Network, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided by Street Beat Records.
2) Affiliate commissions are based on the product total of the order and does not include shipping charges. Affiliate commissions are applicable to all product on our site.
3) Commissions will be paid in the beginning of each month. Minimum payment is 50 euros. If your account is below 50 euros at the end of the month, it will be carried over to the following month.
4) Orders that contain a pre order item(s), where the order transaction cannot be completed within 30 days, are ineligible for commissions.
5) Street Beat reserves the right to refuse anyone from becoming an Affiliate of our Network.
6) Orders referred through Affiliate sites that intentionally or unintentionally attempt to fraud will be refused. Furthermore, if reasonable grounds are established where an Affiliate or site is misrepresenting, diluting, tarnishing or blurring the brand, trademark or services of StreetBeat online, we reserve the right to terminate such Affiliate with immediate effect and retain any commission funds within the account obtained through such fraudulent activities.
7) StreetBeat online affiliate program is targeted for sites that relate to music, entertainment, DJs and dance & club culture in general. StreetBeat online reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate not representing the StreetBeat online brand under these categories.
8) No Email, IRQ, ICQ or other spamming allowed in any form.
9) We reserve all rights for cancelling any affiliate payments. We reserve the right to accept or deny any applicants.
