As a customer of Street Beat, you will have the following shipping options:
Mail delivery
Shipped as a 1st Class postal parcel, in an envelope or package. This is the easiest and most advantageous shipping option plus you will save the Cash-on-Delivery cost (3.20 EUR). Only the mailing and packaging costs (depending on the size and weight of your order) will be added. Orders shipped in an envelope will be delivered to your mailbox or to your local post office usually the following business day. International orders will be shipped via Priority Air Mail. Deliveries to Europe arrive in 2 to 4 days and for the rest of the world orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 days of shipping.
Cash On Delivery (available for Finnish customers only)
Shipped as a 1st Class postal parcel, in an envelope or package. Cash On Delivery orders can be picked up from your local post office and paid when received.

Store pickup
Shop from the comfort of your home, and pick up your order at your convenience from our shop. There are no extra fees added when you use this option.

In stock
This product is in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate delivery.
Ships within 48 hours
This product is usually in stock either in our warehouse or at any of our direct partners. The product usually ships within 24 to 48 business hours.
Coming soon
This product is currently not in our warehouse and we await stock to arrive at a known date. You will see the estimated in-stock date at the product info page. You may order this product and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is in stock. If your order includes other items also, all of them will be shipped in one shipment when stock arrives.
Out of stock / Awaiting restock
This product is currently not available and no availability date is yet known. You will not be able to order this product until the availability is confirmed.
Order tracking
You can track your order with the tracking info sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that currently only packages and Cash On Delivery letters in Finland can be tracked online. Please click the link below for Finnish Postal Service and tracking.

Returns
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers of the Street Beat online store can return their order or parts of it within fourteen (14) days from receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in new condition (including the package and manual).
Return the product well-packaged to the address (click on the link) below. Please include a copy of the receipt and your contact information, bank account number and a short description (in case of faulty product).

Lost orders
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we will replace or issue store credit for the lost order, depending on the availability of the product. Because of postal delays beyond our control, we must wait 21 days before we replace any lost order.
